Phil grew up in Pearland, Texas, where he started his passion for the heating and air conditioning industry. After high school, he moved to Northern California to continue his career in the HVAC industry. Over the years, he climbed the ranks and eventually started his own HVAC company, which he successfully ran for many years. In 2014, Phil moved to Austin, TX., where he continued to work in the HVAC industry, expanding his expertise in service, sales, in-house tech support, and even took on the role of an HVAC general manager.

With over 37 years of experience, Phil has worked on everything from new construction and remodels to luxury homes and commercial buildings, making him a subject matter expert, not only in HVAC, but in the construction industry as well.

Working hand in hand with various contractors, property managers, real estate agents, and homeowners, he gained a breadth of knowledge beyond HVAC. He’s learned the ins and outs of different trades, gaining a holistic understanding of what makes a home solid and reliable.

Yet, Phil’s prowess isn’t just technical—it’s in his approach. For him, customer care is the cornerstone. He’s not just there to identify issues or fix systems; he’s dedicated to guiding homeowners, explaining their needs, and ensuring they understand every step of the process. Phil’s trademark is his caring, compassionate, and never-rushed demeanor.

Away from work, Phil’s life is an adventure. In California, he dabbled in everything from scuba diving, riding motorcycles, playing softball, and even served as a volunteer firefighter/EMT, finding immense fulfillment in helping his local community.

Back in Texas, Phil has found joy in the vibrant culture—embracing live music, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, and savoring local cuisines. But his thirst for exploration remains unquenched—he’s eagerly looking forward to more road trips and travels ahead.
